SoDecorable Return Policy

At SoDecorable, we want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we gladly accept returns under the following conditions:

Return Eligibility

• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

• Returned items must be in their original condition — unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Refunds
Because we offer free shipping on all orders, a 70% refund will be issued for approved returns to help cover the original shipping and handling costs.
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified via email, and your partial refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 8-10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain products (such as personalized, custom, or clearance items) are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos, and we’ll make it right.
